Day 154 | Cape Reinga

The day started with an interesting find: a pseudoscorpion; crawling in our bathroom. When I saw it, I did not know what it was, a scorpion? A spider? Very weird. It turns out to be a spider with scorpion claws. After we removed this weird little creature from our apartment, we drove to Cape Reinga, the northernmost point of New Zealand. We made a few stops along the way, at Ninety Mile Beach and some other places. We climbed in the never-ending sand and soaked our feet in the water, it was a great day.

Ninety Mile Beach is drive-able. Yes. A beach where you can drive 100 km/h as “a highway”
